Who we are

XBC Group LLC operates the Diabetic Buyback Program from Northglenn, Colorado. We buy surplus, sealed diabetic testing supplies directly from the people who have them sitting in a drawer or a cabinet, supplies that were paid for out of pocket and are no longer needed. Our team handles every step, from your first message to the payment that lands in your account.

What we do not buy

We do not buy prescription drugs, insulin, GLP-1 medications, or controlled substances of any kind. We do not buy supplies billed through Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Tricare, or Indian Health Service. We do not buy anything opened, expired, or damaged. If a box does not meet every part of this list, we cannot make an offer on it.

What we buy

We purchase over-the-counter blood glucose test strips and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensors. Every box must be sealed and unexpired, in its original manufacturer retail packaging, and it must be something you paid for yourself and own outright. That is the whole list.

How shipping works

Shipping only ever moves in one direction: you ship to us. We never ship product out to consumers, and we do not sell at retail. Once your offer is accepted, our team issues a prepaid UPS Ground return label through Shippo, a multi-carrier shipping platform. Print the label, box it up, and drop it off. There is nothing for you to pay for and nothing to figure out.
