What qualifies, plainly stated.
We keep this list short and specific, so you can check a box in under a minute before you ship anything.
What we cannot accept
- Prescription drugs of any kind
- Insulin
- GLP-1 medications
- Controlled substances
- Supplies billed through Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Tricare, or Indian Health Service
- Anything opened, expired, or damaged
What qualifies
- Sealed and unexpired, still in the manufacturer's original retail packaging
- Over-the-counter blood glucose test strips
- Over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensors
- Owned outright by you and paid for out of pocket
How to check a box
Look at three things: is the seal unbroken, is the box within its printed expiration date, and does the packaging match what the manufacturer originally shipped. If you can answer yes to all three, it qualifies. If you are not sure, send us a photo and our team will tell you plainly.
If a box does not qualify
We will tell you which item did not qualify and why, plainly and in writing. That box is simply left out of your offer. Nothing about the rest of your shipment changes, and we never make an offer on anything from the exclusion list above.
Expiration dating
Every box carries a printed expiration date from the manufacturer. We check that date against the day your shipment checks in with us. A box that is past its date, even by one day, does not qualify. Keep supplies stored somewhere cool and dry until you ship, so the packaging stays in its original condition.
